Sam here on blog. Who says a winter scene cannot have rainbows. Had lots of fun building this rainbow village with the super cute stamp set Winter Chalet. It is part of the recently released LDRS Creative With Affection Release. The set has lots of smaller stamps to allow for so many options for creating wintery scenic backgrounds. I wanted the rainbow chalets to really pop so kept the background a neutral colour.

So the barn die is the perfect size to use with the farmtastic farm animals. However I wanted to sneak a peak at life inside the barn. So I recreated the barn doors for the exterior of my card and used the barn die to create a complimenting tag.

Such a cute stamp set called Lottie’s Gang - Birthday Squad from Julian Charlton over at Purple Onion Designs. And initially I was really happy with how the zig clean real brush markers blended to create a rainbow mane and horn. But then how to handle the flowers; rainbow would be just too much, perhaps some light pinks and greens?
